Batch convert from HEIC to JPEG or PNG

Description of the new feature / enhancement

It would be great to have a tool for batch photo conversion from HEIC to JPEG or PNG file formats.

Scenario when this would be used?

Many existing applications doesn't support yet HEIC. to convert files today it takes a several manual steps- right click an HEIC file, edit in photos app, save as JPG.
