Description of the new feature / enhancement
In Settings for Advanced Paste, the user should be able to select whether they want to use an OpenAI API key or an Azure OpenAI Services API key. If Azure OpenAI, then they will also need to enter the URL to the model such as https://[MODEL_URL].openai.azure.com/openai/deployments/[MODEL_NAME]/chat/completions?api-version=2024-08-01-preview
Scenario when this would be used?
This is important for business users. Our business data is protected inside Azure and all our org's policies are applied. Since it's so easy to use Advanced Paste with content from emails and business documents, then it would be very easy to make the mistake of sending sensitive business data to OpenAI's public service, which nearly every IT security team prohibits by policy.
