Allow reordering tasks of an applications in taskbar

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I would like to be able to drag and drop my opened Explorer windows (for example) to reorder them like the software "7+ Taskbar Tweaker" allowed it on Windows 10. Windhawk allows the same thing in Windows 11 but antivirus doesn't like that.

Scenario when this would be used?

I would use everyday to keep my tasks in the same order to be more efficient.
