Open windows on two screens, with Facebook Messenger on second screen (not primary) and Edge opened full screen on primary screen. Open Workspaces editor and create a new workspace. After capture, note that the Messenger window shows up, but is labeled as the Edge browser. After saving workspace, close windows then open the workspace. You'll see messenger opened on the primary screen in full screen mode rather than on the secondary screen.
✔️ Expected Behavior
It should label Messenger correctly and open it correctly. This used to work in previous versions.
❌ Actual Behavior
Messenger is opened in full screen on wrong monitor.
