Description of the new feature / enhancement

Similar to the snipping tool it would be useful to be able to have a mode to measure the overall size of an application window rather than using the bounding box where you can be off by pixels.

Scenario when this would be used?

Demo prep, design work, etc.

No, it is not the same issue. I intentionally did not combine them as either could be done independently.
