Steps to reproduce

I've enabled fancy zones, and enabled Override Windows Snap so I can use keyboard shortcuts.

✔️ Expected Behavior

When I press WindowKey+Shift+Up, a window is maximized

❌ Actual Behavior

nothing happens

It is similar to those. https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/issues/14831 captures what I want.
