Steps to reproduce

Enter a very long text by typing it out in PowerToys Run

✔️ Expected Behavior

Should look like this Image

Using space as the end character resets it back to normal state

❌ Actual Behavior

I think it has something to do with size of display, I'm unable to replicate it on wide monitor but it occurs on small display.
