Steps to reproduce
I am not sure which component(s) are causing the problem, but Resilio Sync threw an error "No tracker connection" which kept it from finding the peer client on my other computer. It happened between yesterday and today. I was enabling and disabling different components because the key tracker was interfering with my use of Active Words which is a kind of macro software which intercepts keyboard input. When I have more time, I will try to narrow it down by disabling everything & then adding one at a time. I am reluctant to give up Power Toys so I will do this, but I am posting in case anyone has run across something like this.

Life to continue as normal as it can in this country.
❌ Actual Behavior
Unexpectedly blocked Resilio Sync from accessing a tracker server to locate a peer client on another remote computer.
