Steps to reproduce

  1. Run PowerToys as administrator
  2. Go to Input / Output > Keyboard Manager
  3. Turn on toggle for Enable Keyboard Manager
  4. Click on Remap a key
  5. Select: F10
  6. To send: Disable
  7. Click OK Image

✔️ Expected Behavior

F10 key disabled P/S: the key was successfully disabled in the previous version using the above steps

❌ Actual Behavior

F10 key is still working
