Keyboard Manager

Steps to reproduce

Add a new keyboard shortcut remap for ALT+ESC (switch active window to next) Observe that the new mapping does not work (nothing happens). Observe also that the original shortcut does not work (nothing happens). I'm trying to remap it to ALT+` but other mappings don't work either (for example ALT+F1)

✔️ Expected Behavior

The shortcut should be properly mapped to the new configuration

❌ Actual Behavior

Nothing happens. Original shortcut also is disabled.

The similar issue found by the AI describes a similar but different failure case. That issue is about not being able to disable ALT+ESC. This issue is the opposite; remapping disables ALT+ESC and cannot remap the function to some other shortcut
