I've been using PowerToys in its various iterations in Windows for more than a decade. I realize the recent incarnation is new and unrelated to versions that ran on earlier versions of Windows. Kudos to all those who work on these wonderful toys.
I cannot give specifics, nor do I want to duplicate the steps that led to the problem, but coincidental to updating PowerToys last week, I've had problems with selecting items in the Taskbar (what we used to call the System Tray). I attempted to disable various toys related to the mouse to correct the issue, but with no luck. I ended up uninstalling PowerToys, rebooting, and then reinstalling directly from the Microsoft PowerToys site. Co far, all looks good.
✔️ Expected Behavior
I expect to be able to select items in the System Tray and interact with them.
❌ Actual Behavior
The mouse worked everywhere except in the System Tray.
Other Software
I uninstalled PowerToys, rebooted, and reinstalled. I do not know the previous version, but I updated last week, so it too was likely 0.86.0.
