Give us the option of choosing a limited set of languages, instead of only one or all as it is now. Thanks

Scenario when this would be used?

I study french, german and portuguese, my keyboard doesn't have thier accented characters, but I don't want a list to choose also from other countries, because characters I don't need clutters up the list unnecessarily.
