Windows 11 - System Tray icons on taskbars on all monitors

Description of the new feature / enhancement

In Windows 11 Enable the taskbars across all monitors to show the system tray icons.

Scenario when this would be used?

Windows 11 only allows the Sys Tray icons to be shown on the Task bar on the Default monitor.

This was possible in Windows 10, but not in 11. Perfect challenge for the PowerToys community.
