hi, @ecorui, can you provide more details?

  • does it work outside of word?
  • have you remapped anything
  • does this happen only when PT is running? or even when its not running

Hi, thank you for your response!

It works outside of word. I have not remapped anything. When PT is not running, it also happens.

When it happens, Word throws an error: File cannot be found: MathPage.wll. The error code is 53. I know mathpage.wll is a file in mathtype. Indeed, I use mathtype in word to type mathematic functions. I checked the file, it is in the right position. Mathtype always works well, even after I installed PowerToys. I have not uninstalled PT, so I do not know whether the error would disappear if I do so.

Many thanks!

I tried to repair my Office today with itself, and the bug disappeared. Thx!
