📝 Add quick reminds with Windows notifications.

Type reminder command in specific language like on screenshot, and then show Windows notifications on time.

Purpose is to not forget to do important stuff in short period of time.

I can't see our team doing this but could be a great 3rd party plugin once we get that prepped
