📝 Provide DDS Image support in Explorer.

Can we please have DDS Image support so that we can preview DDS files while working with them. I'm kinda forced to use PNG without proper support in Windows. Not that there's anything wrong with PNG for basic work, but it would just be good to have the option to easily work with DDS.
