Sorry - I'm not quite sure if this is a real bug. I used to use Wox before I discovered PowerToys, and had it set up (with Everything.exe) so that local files and folders show up in the search. When I first switched to using PowerToys Run, I thought that it showed files and folders too, but in the latest version it doesn't seem to. I could be misremembering and it never did, in which case this is a "is there a plugin for that?"/feature request.
ℹ Computer information
PowerToys version: v0.20.1

Open PowerToys Run with alt + space
Type the name of a document or folder you want to open that is present on your local disk.
Be sad as it does not appear.
Open Wox, do the same thing and see it appear in the list.
✔️ Expected result
The file/folders most closely matching the typed words show up in the list, and you can open them.
❌ Actual result
No files or folders appear, only programs (.exe).
