[PT Run][Service plugin] Tab navigation does not work in some cases #9351

  1. Launch PT Run
  2. Search for a service. For example !developer
  3. Use tab to navigate

✔️ Expected result

What is the expected result of the above steps? Focus goes to Context menu items

❌ Actual result

What is the actual result of the above steps? Context menu items disappear

Are there any useful screenshots? WinKey+Shift+S and then just paste them directly into the form

I can only reproduce it with the service plugin results.

I can repo it with the service plugin as well. weird.

I don't think this is an issue to stop the release over but something we should fix before stability

Not really related to Service plugin. Sometimes context buttons don't appear but I don't have a repro.

Run I am also able to reproduce with registry. Looks related to single result.
