not sure I understand what you are trying to achieve.

generates ?
, so there is no need to create a shortcut mapping.
So the question is: where is ?
on your keyboard?

For those who also want to map a question mark.
Click type and just map "shift + /" this will generate a question mark.
If your keyboard layout is different you can map it with windows virtual keyboard.
It is working map from Ctrl (Right) to /, but does not work when I try Shift + Ctrl (Right) to ?
