Remove most links to mybinder.org and add notes about reduced capacity

Following the decrease in capacity resulting from https://blog.jupyter.org/mybinder-org-reducing-capacity-c93ccfc6413f. Also, updated the file structure of a kata, removing outdated C# file and adding workbook file.
