Meaning of Solacea

The name Solacea is derived from the word solace which is greek for peace. The word peace is synonymous to the word Joy which was the name of a relative i lost due to cancer.

Description

The RAG app, using Microsoft GraphRAG, supports doctors in making decisions about adjuvant chemotherapy for stage II/III colorectal cancer patients. It analyzes ctDNA data to provide personalized treatment recommendations based on clinical evidence.

Data Sources

The primary data source is the BESPOKE CRC study, which provides insights into ctDNA's role in chemotherapy decisions. Future versions will include additional studies and guidelines. coloretal_cancer.txt

Modifications

We tailored data ingestion and prompting flows to focus specifically on ctDNA's predictive value and microsoft's graphrag for colorectal cancer, ensuring targeted and relevant recommendations.

Oncologists and healthcare providers can benefit from this app by receiving data-driven, personalized insights to guide treatment decisions, potentially improving patient outcomes and treatment efficacy.
