use of rtools | publish | preview html errors out but works in rstudio #3641

Please briefly describe what you were doing that led to the issue, if applicable:

Use of rtools | publish | preview html errors out but works in rstudio. The error dialog and console output errors i see are in attached images.

Should be able to repro this unexpected result using https://github.com/myusrn/dsJhuC5W4P2 | StormDataAnalysis.Rmd .

Can view output i can get w/o errors using r interactive console entered command rmarkdown::render("StormDataAnalysis.Rmd") by looking at StormDataAnalysis.md in that repo.

Can view the output i can get w/o errors using rstudio | knit | knit to html [ | | publish | publish document | rpubs by visiting http://rpubs.com/myusrn/dsJhuC5W4P2 .

I am also facing same issue is there any solution for this?

Are you using 2015 or 2017?
