Translation : 打开R项目后，总是刷屏，点窗口上的任一选项，如果不马上选定，自动就消失； After you open the R project, it will keep flashing, then click any options in the window. If you don't click it immediately, it will disappear automatically.

We need additional details on what the R project contains to get a better idea of the issue.

Maybe #4307 is related to this issue. I experienced too the perpetual screen flashings. You can have a look at your task manager.

4307 可能和你的问题有关系。我也遇到了频繁刷屏问题，你看看你的任务管理器，是否和这个问题里描述的现象一致。（有一个Microsoft R Host进程反复重启——占用资源——崩溃）

@MikhailArkhipov I think he means that if he opened a drop-down menu in VS, it would disappear after a few seconds. In #4307 I too have this issue during recursing of R Host process. However it can't be sure that he needs to check his task manager. If so, perhaps my comment can provide him a workaround.
