Request Failed with 401 Unauthorized Error #47

Starting the log-in window Log-in successfully, retrieving the reports... Starting conversion and uploading the reports 1/24/2022 11:41:12 AM The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized.

Can someone shed some light on this type of issue?

Hi RaghulPC,

For 401 issue, you can try to open your Command Prompt with administrator role. It may resolve this issue
