If this is demo instance you should be able to look for the clue in DIXF event logs on AOS. The most probable explanation is somewhat incorrect content of the package.
Hello,
we are currently importing in UAT. As explained in the post, the package contents are correct. We downloaded the uploaded package manually from the blob storage and imported it manually, this works fine without problems.
Try it on another Demo instance and see if it is reproducible. In your log i see two legal entities ids EDE and EDE_ Are those correct?
Hello,
only company EDE is correct, I checked my configuration, EDE is configured correctly here.
I will try to reproduce it on a DEV sandbox environment with a developer.

Hi Anika,
Did you manage to resolve this issue. I seem to get the same error with the import job. I tried to download from Blob and use that for import it works so the package is OK.
With thanks Nirmal
We like to use the Import Job to import orders vis RIS Tool into D365. We created the Package template file und try import that into D365. When we use the RIS Tool for this scenario, we get the following error messages:

When we import the package, which is uploaded to Azure, manually via DIXF it is successful. Could you please check if you can identify any problems?
Due to vacation next week could you please answer to me and my colleague marc.rohden@avanade.com?
Thank you Anika
