After inplace upgrade to 3.3.0.0 from 3.2.2.0 Jobs are triggered but stays in Executing and it seems no action is processed. In the Eventlog no errors are found. Machine Restart or Service Restart didn't help.

in 3.3.0.0 I added support for priority-based throttling. What you are seeing is most probably the outcome of that. Your jobs are being throttled and just need to wait. I am adding additional logging to show traces of this behavior in the RIS event log.

I have the same problem with v3.3.1. export job is "executing" but does not start... (sandbox accept environment) I still use Platform Version: 10.0.16 (10.0.689.30029), is v3.3.1 only working starting from 10.0.19 ?

Via "Start standalone scheduler" there is no problem, only problem via "Connect to service".

Please reinstall RIS completely and use 3.4.0
