Update of Readme? #407

From the project summary (Readme.MD):

All of our scripts were written with the assumption that you will be executing them against SQL Server 2016 Reporting Services default instance (i.e. mssqlserver).

Is this actually still true? SQL Server 2016 is three versions behind current version now.

Better wording might be

All of our scripts were written with the assumption that you will be executing them against the latest supported general release of SQL Server Reporting Services default instance (i.e. mssqlserver).
