Would it be possible to integrate Rocky Linux 8 detection? Would hope this would be fairly straightforward as it's a RHEL derivative?

@wrightlaw openssl 3.0 packages are availbe in 1.7.0-0 https://github.com/microsoft/SCXcore-kits/tree/master/release, you can have a try.
