Added clientAuth eku to scx certificate #67

We are planning to replace scx agent with omsagent on Linux platforms and use the Fluentd capability to enhance XPlat's log file monitoring capability. We need to use client certificate authentication for communication between agent and SCOM server. For this communication to work clientAuth EKU has been added to the current scx certificate.

Corresponding PR has been opened on omsagent repo.

As suggested I will make changes to generate a new certificate for enhanced log monitoring feature. Hence, this changes are no longer required. I am closing this PR and will open a different PR for new certificate generation changes.
