Various improvements for build process #7

Three separate commits here:

  1. Add --source-references to shell bundle for consistency with OMS and best practices,
  2. The 'sed -i' option doesn't exist on UNIX, work around it in a "pretty" way,
  3. Fix build for UNIX platforms when dealing with shell bundles due to new bundling mechanism
