Missing logical Network with SDNExpress #441

Considering https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/networking/sdn/plan/plan-a-software-defined-network-infrastructure and the SwitchConfigExamples within the SDNExpress Folder there is allways the talk about a Transit Network. SDNExpress.ps1 will not create such a Network.

This isn't a bug - there's a new simplified topology with only one physical network (HNVPA) but I can't seem to find any documentation on that outside of some references in this repo.

Honestly the documentation for all of this is kind of trash, but that's another story
