I am cross-posting this from https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/58905 in an attempt to: 1 - Create awareness in case some else hits this 2 - Hoping someone can reduce the repro further

With: Visual Studio - 17.4.0 clang-cl - 15.0.2

Thanks for reporting this compiler bug to LLVM. We're going to close this issue in the microsoft/STL repo as we can't take action here. It will remain searchable if anyone else looks for it, and of course people are welcome to try to reduce the repro.
