I had forgotten that while .github/workflows/update-status-chart.yml in the main branch automatically updates the Status Chart, .github/workflows/compile-typescript.yml in the gh-pages branch performs PR checks and also needs to be occasionally updated. I'm updating GitHub Actions to their latest versions, and increasing the required Node.js version.
As usual, this contains a "DROP BEFORE MERGING" commit to make the live preview work, which will accumulate merge conflicts.
