Power BI measure format is not applied #88

The legend in the tree map pictured below looks messy because it doesn't reflect the measure's format (in this case, % with 1 decimal): image

The same lack of formatting can be seen in the Data Browser: image

As well as in tooltips: image

Thanks for filing this. It seems that currently, this format is not provided to a custom visual - see this issue: https://github.com/microsoft/PowerBI-visuals/issues/313

Also, there is a link to vote for this feature: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Custom-Visuals-Ideas/Format-Decimal-Places-for-R-Custom-Visuals-More-data-to-send-it/idi-p/375018#M165

Until then, the guidance is that the custom visual provides this itself. Let me know if you would like to make this feature request.

@danmarshall thanks for these details. While it would be great if they addressed it for all R custom visuals, I'd appreciate if you considered this feature request for the SandDance visual in the meantime.
