Updated to work with SEAL 3.6. Main changes include:

Modified encryption parameter initialization
Added an option for symmetric encryption
Modified to use the BatchEncoder
Client applies the inversion to the query before it sends it, as opposed to the response as before
Added a test for the query expansion functionality
Added e2e tests with different database parameters.
