Remove parameter "UseGetTargetResource" on all Get-DSCBlock calls. Fix #96

Actually I just saw you fixed this yourself in 67a17d86a6340e15cb4c49ff6efc6e1d1a3a77e3, gonna close this pull request. Thanks for your continued investment in this script and the whole DSC.Reverse stuff, it rocks! 🥇
