RML Utilities install problem #129

After uninstalling Nexus and all of its dependent components, when I tried to reinstall SQL Nexus, I got the following error dialog while Nexus installer was trying to install RML Utilities.

Windows Installer This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package.

I was able to workaround the issue by pre-installing RML Utilities from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=103126
