Describe the bug

To Reproduce

Select 'Template Studio for WinUI' in the project type selection.
Configure the wizard with any configuration, doesn't matter which. Even the default config doesn't work as well.
Click 'create' once configuration is complete.
See error

My bad, but yes choosing to place the solution in a different directory fixed it for me as well.
