Fixes jsx tags colorization and improves JSDoc comments

Fixed Jsx tag colorzation. They display inconsistent colors for open and closed tags.

Improved JSDoc comments:

• Variables now display local name color instead of identifier.
• JSDoc directives now use HTML Element Name.
