This PR overrides the Linguist classification. This makes it possible - for example -, for the following file to get proper syntax highlighting on GitHub (currently no syntax highlighting is applied to this file): https://github.com/microsoft/TypeScript-TmLanguage/blob/master/TypeScript.YAML-tmTheme
