Still accept Chinese translation pr? #195

I noticed that pull requests for Chinese document translations have not been merged for at least a year. Based on other issues, it seems that the maintainers don't have enough time to do this. Can we find other volunteers to complete this task?

Seems reasonable to me, it is a lot for just @Kingwl to be the sole merger - do you have any recommendations for folks?

Any ideas? I think we should have more reviewers to avoid personal time issues

Hi, Chinese peers! The l18n will shut down in official site according to https://github.com/microsoft/TypeScript-Website/issues/2804. Can we set up an organization to continue to work for it? @EnochGao @Chorer @htmlin

Hi, Chinese peers! I set up a organization to set up Chinese translations at https://github.com/ts-zh-docs/TypeScript-zh-Website and it deployed at https://ts-zh-docs.vercel.app/zh . Now the workaround is the same as this l18n repo. If some of you want to engage with it, Please contact with me through my public Email on GitHub profile. :)

I have to say that the translation and update of official documents is too slow! Many of the extra terms from dynamic types to static types are difficult for me. So I shelved this non-essential study plan and ignored the type warnings in vscode It's hard to believe that no one cares about document translation for such a large project.
