Seeing this very often since updating to 1.94.x

Sometimes, scrolling the offending item out of view or re-opening the file resolves it.

This happens after editing and more commonly after pasting or accepting copilot suggestions.

Additional symptoms I see are CTRL+CLICK function become unusable (for many seconds) - possibly related to slow file parsing?
