Angular2: Failed at the typescript-angular2@1.0.0 start script

I have executed the setup:

npm install
npm start

Then an issue occured. I have uploaded the log file

npm 3.8.9
node 6.2.0

And with :

npm 2.15.5
node 4.4.5

I experienced the same issue. Node 5.1.0, npm version: 3.3.12
