Improve styling; only use on css file; minor improvements #26

Fixes #10 Gave the suggestions a white background to fix the styling issue, also did some minor styling improvements (e.g. some more conistent border rounding, only one blue color, etc.). Hope that's okay :-) Also I so no need for two CSS files.
