Is the 129,591,852 building count correct? #67

I have imported the complete set of all states data for the latest data as of downloading in June 2021. The README says there should be 129,591,852 buildings. I've now done this import twice, and both times I'm getting over 130M buildings (130,099,920 specifically). 500k extra buildings seems like a lot? Maybe some buildings cross state lines and so are included in multiple state files? Still, half a million of such cases seems like a lot. Anyone else seeing this? I mostly just want to try to ensure I haven't gotten some unusual error or what not.

When one filters out buildings that locate outside a state's boundaries, the total count of buildings will add up to 129+ M. States seem to include all buildings in imagery tiles that may overlap state boundaries.
