4 years ago What about Tools > Options > Environment > General > Color Theme? In the combo box there you should see a number of themes (not just the three that VS usually ships with).

I installed it on VS 2019, and it just changed the theme to dark and I don't see where can I configure anything (there isn't the "Tools --> Customise Colours" option; there's no "Tools --> Options --> Colour Theme" either).
The README points me out to install the theme editor for 2017, but… it's for 2017 only.
Am I missing something? I did install "Visual Studio Color Theme Designer" just in case it was a modern substitute of the theme editor 2017, but to no avail.
