An extension for Visual Studio 2013+ that enables the use of macros in the IDE. The extension can record most of the features in Visual Studio including text editing operations.

[Fix for issue #19] Add all MacroCommand# buttons to the Macros menu. #22
Created new sub-menu under Tools.Macros for Pre-defined macro commands (PredefinedMacrosGroup).
Commands still appear as Tools.MacroCommand1, etc in Tools.Options.
