Problem: The package version and change log was not updated

Solution: Added it. Because of the deployment to beta one unit test failed. We might see this until we all get deployed to ionv1.

Validation: Existing unit tests.

The longform did test uses dev for ionv1 but this is temporary not available error 503.

The dev endpoint is currently not available. This is leading to one failing test which uses dev for ionv1 features.
