  1. Add built in data file that contains all bundle id and upgrade code for all msi built for Visual Studio 2013 and later.
  2. Simplify usage, the user just have to run the application, and press Y to perform Visual Studio cleanup.
  3. Clean up Visual Studio registries and iOOB cache.
