windows 8: VS uninstaller just crashes #68

Like the visual Studio 2015, the uninstaller leaves much to be desired. It just crashes at launch. regardless of whether I run it with admin privs or not.

Please post any logs generated to %TEMP% and the stack trace of any exception thrown to investigate further.
